Before entering the world of property management, Courtney gained valuable experience in customer service and worked in childcare during her high school years. These experiences have honed her interpersonal skills, allowing her to effectively communicate and build relationships with clients.
Courtney's favourite aspect of property management is the dynamic nature of the job. She thrives on the fact that every day brings new challenges and opportunities, and she enjoys the variety it offers. Socializing with tenants, owners, and other property managers is something she values greatly, as it allows her to foster connections and contribute to a vibrant community. Working as part of a team is another aspect Courtney appreciates, as she believes collaboration leads to the best outcomes for everyone involved.
In her free time, Courtney indulges in her hobbies, which include traveling, shopping, attending concerts, and cheering on her favourite AFL team (even if they lose!). On weekends, you can find her unwinding by going out for drinks, spending quality time with friends, and creating memorable moments with her nieces. She also has a love for camping and enjoys immersing herself in the beauty of nature. Additionally, Courtney is an avid fan of Chris Brown and you will often see her jamming out to his tunes on her way to inspections.
