During her early years in the field, Sharon also worked for her family business, managing general accounts and administration while still actively pursuing her career in real estate. Throughout her extensive career, she has gained diverse experience in various aspects of the industry, including trust accounting, sales administration, personal assistant to directors, and strata and commercial management. While she has delved into many areas, Sharon's focus has always remained on property management.
What Sharon loves most about being a property manager is the dynamic nature of the job. No two days are alike, and she thrives on the constant challenges that arise. She considers herself a builder, social worker, lawyer, negotiator, and detective all rolled into one. When the weekend rolls around, Sharon's schedule may not allow for indulging in her favourite activities, but she finds solace in running, particularly in triathlons and ultra marathons. She dedicates herself to training rigorously, pushing her body to its limits. Additionally, she cherishes spending time with her children, relishing their company and creating lasting memories. And of course, being a self-proclaimed coffee snob, Sharon never misses an opportunity to Savor a delicious cup of joe.
