Courtney Reid is one half of the dynamic Father/Daughter collaboration that makes

From a very early age, it was inevitable that Courtney was going to have a career in sales.

“At the age of 16, I was helping Dad, learning how to be a PA, and I guess I got the taste for the real estate business then. As the oldest of four siblings, I remember very well having to 'negotiate' so many things at home with my parents (and my three brothers) and I'm sure that early practice has stood me in good stead for my role in Real Estate".

Courtney has been involved in real estate for over 20 years. she has extensive experience in marketing, trust accounting, sales and contracts. Her industry knowledge is unparalleled.

Using her eye for detail and a flare of innovation, Courtney has developed many new ideas which have helped set us apart from other agents.

At just 24 years of age she was awarded a Land Link Top Performing Agent award for having sold over $18.2 million in property.

Since then, Courtney has continued her Real Estate career while balancing a life as mother to her 3 wonderful children, Will (11), Matilda (9) & Jack (4) with her husband Louis & their Rottweiler Roxy.

Since 2004, Courtney had been a large part of Bazzo Real Estate & after so many years, the decision to close Bazzo Real Estate was a tough one but imperative in finding a work life balance.
