Having entered the industry in 2016, Shayne's journey began as a Receptionist at Professionals MJ&Co. It was there that Shayne discovered a love for the property sector and quickly progressed to become an Assistant Property Manager and Assistant to the Commercial Property Manager at Blackburne and Professionals The Wright Team. Today, Shayne holds the esteemed position of Property Manager at Professionals The Wright Team, where she continues to demonstrate professionalism and dedication in managing owners' assets.
Prior to real estate, Shayne spent several years working in Administration and Recruitment for trades, specializing in apprenticeships and traineeships. During this time, she also assisted in delivering training courses to young women in Business, helping them develop essential office skills. This experience provided Shayne with a well-rounded perspective on the industry and honed her ability to provide comprehensive support to clients.
One of Shayne's favorite aspects of property management is finding resolutions to challenging situations while ensuring the satisfaction of all parties involved, including owners and tenants. With a commitment to maintaining high standards and a focus on client service, Shayne strives to go above and beyond expectations.
Outside of work, Shayne enjoys indulging in hobbies such as plants and gardening, shopping, and creating cocktails. She also dedicates her spare time to volunteering, contributing to the community in meaningful ways.
