About Jess
Jess Barron is a dedicated and experienced Property Manager, currently thriving in her fifth year in the industry. Her journey began in 2019 when she joined Bazzo Real Estate as a Receptionist, where she developed a solid foundation in the field. Eager to expand her knowledge and skills, Jess took on the role of PM Assistant to Julie Reid and also gained valuable experience in leasing during her time with Bazzo Real Estate. In 2022, she further honed her expertise as an Assistant PM to Paige Larsen at Professionals The Wright Team. Since July 2023, Jess has been serving as a Property Manager with Professionals The Wright Team.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Jess possesses a diverse range of hobbies that keep her engaged and enthusiastic. She finds joy in shopping, traveling, and exploring new destinations, immersing herself in the vibrant cultures and experiences along the way. Jess has a flair for mixology and enjoys trying various cocktails, constantly expanding her palate and discovering new flavours.
Jess's enthusiasm for property management extends beyond her work responsibilities. She finds great satisfaction in conducting final bond inspections, appreciating the meticulous attention to detail required for this task. One of her favourite aspects of being a property manager is the dynamic nature of the role—each day presents new challenges and opportunities. She values the social aspect of work events, relishing the chance to interact with other property managers. Additionally, Jess enjoys the on-the-road aspect of her job, as it allows her to forge connections with new owners and tenants.
During her free time, Jess loves embarking on day trips down south and exploring various destinations. She is an avid camper and 4WD enthusiast, embracing the thrill of adventure in nature. Relaxing walks along the beach, accompanied by a coffee in hand, provide her with moments of tranquillity and contemplation. Jess also cherishes quality time with her loved ones, relishing the opportunity to create lasting memories with friends and family.
In terms of her educational achievements, Jess holds a Certificate II in Community Services, acquired in 2018, showcasing her commitment to making a positive impact in the community. She obtained a Certificate II in Business in 2021, further expanding her knowledge and skills in the professional realm. In the same year, she also attained a Certificate III in Property Management, demonstrating her dedication to mastering her craft. Currently, Jess is in the process of completing her sales license and aspires to upskill further to become a Licensee, cementing her position as a respected and influential figure in the industry.
